Winchester Collectors take note. I'm selling a prize from my safe.
This is "per Winchester", one of approximately 90 units in the .284 Win. No box. This is one of the hardest rifles to find and then buy. It's based on the Control Feed action and is of the Classic Sporter DBM line. Deep blued with a 24 inch barrel, she is unfired other than by Winchester in New Haven. The rifle is like New with a beautiful black mineral line running through the Walnut stock.
I'm posting a few pictures but will feed more to serious buyers. I struggled about listing this rifle.
I'm looking to get $2250 Plus Shipping to FFL . I'll give the 24CF guys a shot before listing elsewhere. Letter confirms number of .284's produced.
