I sure hope this becomes a trend. It's so damned disgusting to see it, as it's intended as a FU to decent society, and it's taken that way by me, for one. It's technically a referrable offense at the high schools, but so many kids got referrals for it (almost exclusively within one race, which you can easily guess) early on that the Dean's Offices just stopped punishing it, causing teachers to just ignore it, since there's no consequence for it anyway. But this might change things if it becomes a trend.

I had an "incident" at work regarding drooping britches. A big buck working across from me had an issue with his pants dropping off his butt, so I walked out to the pickup and got into the toolbox, and cut off a length of rope adequate for the job.
I walked back into the shop, handed it to him, and said "Here ya go, Jethro. Make yourself a belt, I'm tired of looking at your azz".
Considering his token status amongst a herd of rednecks, he took the advice to heart.
