I got my hands on the some Winchester 200 grain silvertips (the old one) in .358 and want to load them for my 350 Rem Magnum
Does anyone have any load data for this? Also is the old silvertip listed in the Load Books USA 35/350 manual?

Simply use published data from any number of sources listed with 200gr bullets, reduce charge by 10% and work up. Doubt they'd have any special load concerns vs all the other cup & core bullets.

Ram Shot TAC powder is the powder for the 350 Rem Mag......mine liked 60 grs of TAC ,200 gr SP Hornady with a 215 primer.....2800 FPS and .5" to .75" groups.
I'd start at 57 grs and work up

Like stated above the silver tip shouldn't be anything special to load for. I have always preferred the Speer 220 and Sierra 225. I'm down to one 350, but have always like IMR 4895 and RL15. The 350 is of course not a long range round, but anything shot within its intended range knows its been hit.

The 200 Silvertip was reputed by .358W shooters to be a bit 'soft,' so I never tried it in the .350RM. Rumors are, though, worth what we pay for them. The old style Silvertip's aluminum caps would keep light .350RM carbines from hammering the bullet noses like they so often do.

I like Accurate powders in the .350RM in addition to those already noted: page 35.
