Nice old Model 70 #9111674 08/19/14 Joined: May 2008 Posts: 488 ismith OP Campfire Member OP ismith Campfire Member Joined: May 2008 Posts: 488 Been doing a bit of reading on this site about old Model 70s so I decided to join up and post a picture of my most recent acquisition. Then I realized I already joined this forum, six years ago! Anyhow, here she is. Took a sharp eye and around eight tanks of mid-grade to bring her from Minnesota to Montana. John All I know is its not an Factory stock and it looks and feels great. It does have some really nice figure that comes out in the sun.

Maybe with those screws tight and the right hand loads she will shoot Irish groups.
