Well, I like public land that I can access and hunt. Call me an idiot.
I do too. Plenty of it in TX for me too, just have to snoop a bit.
There is almost nothign I can't hunt on public land if I want to.
All kinds of exotics, whitetail, mule deer, pronghorn, birds of all kinds. Alligators. Furbearers. Small game. Etc. Some are drawing only, just like western states.
Not my argument, but folks that think they have to pay period in TX just aren't looking hard enough.
