Democracy is not freedom. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch. Freedom comes from the recognition of certain rights which may not be taken, not even by a 99% vote. *Marvin Simkin* L.A. Times (1992)

Pretty sure this one's public land, NV Silver State lottery tag. Heard a 390 bit the dirt earlier this week a little further south.

Some of those biggun's have crossed the Idaho border. I've seen a couple like that south of Twin Falls. Tags are incredibly hard to draw there, though.

I had a deer tag in the northwest corner of NV, just south of the South Hills. I saw 150+ elk, maybe 20 bulls, some good, maybe 330". Seems like they pull a couple 380" bulls there each year.
