Besides needing to trim the case length and resize the case a little; is it safe to use converted .38-55 brass in a .375 Win. I think I remember reading that .375 Win. brass is thicker walled?

I think you'll find that 375 brass is made to withstand higher pressures. I don't think I'd trust 38-55 brass in the 375. Particularly for full power loading.
