I bought some old 4895 in a can similar to that. But the can Is a little dif.. Gave 15 a pound.. I got like 10 of them.. The powder was fine.. Actually found one of my most accurate 30 06 with that old powder..

I gave 10.00 a can for H110 and 4895 at a gun show.powder was good , put alot of prairedogs out of their misery with it !

The can is worth more than the powder to a collector. If there is no nitro smell or if the powder looks like a red dust on it, the powder has gone bad. The manner in which it has been stored is the key thing here.
