No way would I carrying a gun in a car, etc. One of the best ways to arm the bad guys is to do that. If you carry on gun it belongs on your person.
The other thing is what happens if you step out of the car/truck/SUV and need the gun ? Think you'll have a chance to get to it ? You might not. E

My car guns are in addition to the one I am carrying, not in lieu of it. I lock my car and it has an alarm. To me, it is no different than my house. It is not like it is really tough to break into a typical American house.

If I'm out of the truck and need a gun, I'll drag the one out of my britches.

If someone breaks into my truck and steals a gun, he's the bad guy-not me.

Beretta M92A1 carting a streamlight laser/light with 3 17 round mags loaded with Win 147gr jhp. And a Ruger MKII Goverment Target with 3 mags and a brick of ammo.

For you young guys that don't know what a brick of ammo is, it's from back in the olden days when you could get a whole big box of 22lr with 500!!!!!! Rounds in it. And can you believe they only cost about $20:)

Want To Buy;
Form die for a 7mm Mashburn Super.
.284 Hornady AMax 162gr.
.224 Hornady AMax 75gr.
22-250 bushing die
Bushing die that will work with the 7mm Mashburn Super
A couple Glock 42 380ACP mags

There is no way. NO WAY Shrap would jab a Model P colt down in one of those plastic, push button holsters.

Oh, you mean one of those little fellas to carry 6 or 7 of those long guns for him....Yeah, that makes sense.

Nice job getting two game violations into one post.

We used those in the USAF. They worked pretty well with the full size 20" barrel M16s, but for the M4 we just put them in the door pocket. With the stock at its shortest position and the 14" barrel it fit and stayed really well.

Do not leave a gun in my vehicle but have a 5" 1911 on my person in a Milt Sparks IWB whenever I'm driving.

My truck is normally unarmed but has been known to sometimes carry a 4" 686 or a Glock 19 in the console on certain occasions.

Yep.

Yeah, haven't figured out a system both accessible and invisible.

But if I did, the 5" 625 45LC would go in the the "truck of doom," and the little astra 75 9mm in the car.

I just augment more ammo for what I am carrying. I run with a Glock 22 most of the time and I keep two extra 33 round mags in the car and a pair of 30 round AR mags. Both spares are loaded with ball ammo, I figure if I get through 15 without solving the problem more penetration might be beneficial. Also it give me a little plinking ammo if I decide to stop someplace.

30 caliber machine guns behind the headlights.

THe top mounted ones where you stand up through the moonroof are too obvious.
