i prefer to CC to prevent theft. About 25 years ago some azzhole broke my window and removed the 9mm from my truck.

I had one stolen out of my truck about 25 years ago. I got over it. Not really a big deal in the big scheme of things.

I just augment more ammo for what I am carrying. I run with a Glock 22 most of the time and I keep two extra 33 round mags in the car and a pair of 30 round AR mags. Both spares are loaded with ball ammo, I figure if I get through 15 without solving the problem more penetration might be beneficial. Also it give me a little plinking ammo if I decide to stop someplace. VI, if you're talking about Scherer 30-rd .40 mags, don't trust them! Treat yourself to a few Glock OEM 22-rd G22 mags. They work great!
