Noticed a model 1920 for sale on gunbroker that someone put a double set trigger on it. Just curious about such modifications, was this a standard aftermarket item or did some gunsmith make the modification.

I looked hard at that one; a set trigger on a 1920 would be pretty cool.

Don't think I've seen it in print anywhere, but, did Savage ever offer a set trigger option? Others of the time certainly did, probably more common for match shoot rifles than hunting rifles.
