Plain Jane 30-06. Will load up some 178 A-Max and see what it does. Not expecting too much. But hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Almost as light as my new Montana. Found it in Maine. And got the KS coming in from Maine hopefully tomorrow. This Ti was surprisingly a good deal and was already outfitted with a new Hunters Edge stock and an alum shroud/fluted pin. I added the Timney and the PT&G T/G. Not sure if it will permanently wear the Swaro or a FX3 6x42 HD. I'm leaning towards the 6x42.

Nice rifle! Yea. I had one and let it get away. My last one wore a 6x42 and I loved everything about it. But I was into it way cheap and a member here talked me out of it. Not happening again.........probably?

I think it's mo betta with the 6x42. Nice. Mine is in a Brown stock with a 2-7x33 VX2 on it. They are sporty from the bench.

What? You poking fun at me or my dog? That reminds me of an observation by John Steinbeck, "Montana seems to me to be what a small boy would think Texas is like, listening to Texans"
