It looks like it is almost inevitable that the Ferguson situation is going to turn violent.
Tonight, it has been announced that two protestors have been arrested after allegedly trying to purchase explosive material to make bombs for use during rioting.
The suspects are apparently members of The New Black Panther Party.

This marks a decided uptick in the amount of force being used during protests/riots.
A grand jury decision on whether to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson is expected this weekend.
Widespread protests, and possibly violence are expected if there is no indictment.
Weren't the New Black Panthers the same outfit that was intimidating white voters away from the polls in Philly and whom weren't investigated because Holder killed the inquiry? Ain't Holder the one who is calling for "police restraint" as his butt buddy O tells the rioters to "stay the course"? All the while he's just trying to get honest law-abiding citizens to blow up over the amnesty thing.

There ya go,,, blaming poor ol Holder for something he didn't do. What he actually did was dropped the charges after the spooks were already found guilty due to their not showing up in court to contest the citation.
What were the explosives? Black powder? If so, thought it was legal to buy. Whatever it was, who stopped them from buying it? Hadn't committed a crime yet, but were thinking about it?

It appears they were actually arrested for lying on the 4473:
"...charging Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Davis with purchasing two pistols from a firearms dealer under false pretenses."
Straw purchase.
Remember, this was an FBI sting operation, so what probably happened was an informant gave the two the the money and told them to go buy the guns for them. Baldwin and Davis went to the gun shop, represented on the 4473 the purchases was for themselves, and then provided the pistols to the informant, and which point they'd committed a felony.
