Gotta put up with the warts to enjoy the site I guess. I installed an ad blocker on my iPhone and now the visits are at least bearable. It's the only site I have these problems. Damn shame.

That is normal ... for Norton.
What it's detecting are ads that have redirects and/or come from a third party site that are potentially malware. Norton does not differentiate from a true malware attack and the presence of a potential malware threat. The threat can be in the form of a redirect to a site that might have malware.

This site is best viewed on a Pentium II class machine running Windows ME and IE 6. No pop ups for me.
