Haven't got it yet because the bank is closed until Monday. Stock has been painted and maybe textured. I have not laid hands on the rifle, but I have traded with the seller before. Very useful scopes, IMO. Congratulations on a great buy and find! The scope is worth more than 1/2 of that, so you essentially bought the gun for somewhere under $400.00. Not bad at all sir, not bad at all.

Thanks, I have one in 7mm mag with a vari-x III on it that I bought for $695 or $795 can't remember. Nice rifles for sure.
