284 brass from Winchester
I bought a browning a bolt in 284 in October couldn't find new brass anywhere so I called Winchester the guy I spoke to said no new brass in 2014 and probably not in 2015 either because they are so back logged with standard caliber orders.

Thanks! I didn't get that much when I called Winchester. This puts an end to that idea. I know brass is available, but I'm not building on a platform when brass has to be scrounged around to obtain. And yes, I appreciate that that you can neck up 6.5-.284, but I have it on good authority that to obtain the pressures I was looking for I would be sticking the brass.

I have my 284 and like it. If I was to buy now I may just get a 7mm-08, close to the same thing.
