Picked up a Baker 12 gauge double about a year ago at a Sheriffs auction. Gun was dirty, but in pretty good overall shape for an old shotgun. Model is Batavia Leader. Spent a little on it getting the side locks adjusted, cause it would only just dent the primer on one barrel. Gun felt and came up really well, took it dove hunting last fall and was very impressed. Seems to be choked imp & imp, great for a dove gun or grouse gun.
I think this is a very fine old shotgun. Any one have any experience or knowledge with the Baker line?
