My best luck has been with IMR3031.
I've had good results with 748, also.

IMR-3031 and 170 gr. Speer flat points are a beautiful combination in my Marlin. There's other powders that also work well as some have mentioned but after a lot of experimentation I finally settled on that 170/3031 load because it's so consistent and I like having just one good .30-30 load for the sake of simplicity and not having to re-zero.

I use IMR-4895 with those same bullets, simply because I have such a large quantity of that particular powder.
Keep your gun-hand ready and your eyes peeled.

I find that nothing beats LVR for velocity or accuracy in my levers which include 32 Special ,30-30 and 35 Rem.It works good with FTX`s and just about any bullet I have tried.

IMR 3031, H-335, Win 748 have all served me well for the 30-30.

A lot of 3031 - it's the only powder that seems to be available.

AA2230 mainly with my cast bullet loads. It meters very well through my powder hopper.

LOVESOME.... Here's another load for the .30-30 in [MY] 336C: 130 SPEER FP/37.0gr H-322/CCI-200/Either FED or WW case(I mixed three of each for 6rd test)/ 2.550" OAL///2716 FPS AVG.@12ft. ES=06; SD=04: 5 shots COVERED with a dime-6th just outside the edge(only 1/8" exposed hole outside edge of coin). This load has taken 7 deer to 158 lbs. and not one has taken more than 6 steps after being hit right behind the shoulder and all were pass-through hits. Farthest was 88 yd. shot. I don't think these 130s would be sufficient for hogs over 100-125lbs,as I have shot only two at that weight and they simply went around in circles a few times before giving it up. If you have any or can find any, try some; I think you'd like them. They're not quite so accurate in my H&R w/.30-30 barrel, but I'm working on it. WILL.

Has anyone used TAC or IMR 8208? I've quite a bit of each of them, and plan this summer to get back into loading .30-30s. I used to use H335, but it sure left a lot of powder fouling.

I've used H335, IMR3031, IMR 4064, IMR 4350 with good results.
