Had a poke boat, paddled better and tracked better than anything I ever had but was he11 on the back. I will be floating the rivers in about another month. Hip hip horay!

Check out native kayaks, they have a pedal drive that works in reverse. I won't fold up against the bottom to float over shallow stuff like a hobie but it has reverse!

I fish a 14' Field and Stream Eagle Talon SOT. Added a depth finder/fish locator and it's a fishing machine. Best fish so far has been a 33" Blue Cat. The fish tended to want to stay under the kayak, so I did a lot of spinning in circles. Couldn't pick it up to weigh it, but was able to measure it before letting it go.
