I was in Tanzania last week for a short photo safari. While driving across the Serengeti we came upon three lions. One had bloody paws from a kill and another had a gazelle's head in its mouth! It was incredible to see lions in the wild like this. They were enormous and very muscular compared to the hand fed lions at the zoo. Cheers, Eric

I used up the last of my liberty on this trip, and will be heading back from Africa in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to getting back stateside and reconnecting with my family. Eric

wonder if they stole another critter's kill to get the gazelle. I don't think a male lion could run one down, unless it got lucky.

There were 2 lionesses walking way out there, so they may have brought it back for the males? These guys were lovin' it. lol.
