Just had a thought. We have been discussing the 3500/4500 Bushnell scope line and the discontinuation of their 3-2-1 reticle. Seems a bunch of us like it and hate to see it dropped. Note the comments about Bushnell apparently losing shelf space (market share) at local and regional retailers.

Would it be feasible to sell the idea to companies like Bushnell to float a trial balloon (like a survey) on such issues to Fire members? I know we're a bunch of Loonies, but we do spend money and we know what we like. I think the rank and file would participate. I sense the perception that Bushnell and similar are not asking the right questions and not to the right people.

I'd think we'd be fairly representive of the gun/assesssory market, evidently better than where they're getting their current marketing info.

I may be all wet. Just thinking. I know, I know, that can be dangerous... shocked
