Spatchcocked Turkey for Easter #9738474 04/05/15 Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 1,211 Central ND W win7stw OP Campfire Regular OP win7stw Campfire Regular W Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 1,211 Central ND My first attempt at spathcocked turkey on the BGE. I well definatetly be doing it this way again. I think it was easier to guess the time and it was super moist. My picture taking sills suck but the bird was tasty.
