Take out the femurs or ball joints and they won't be moving very fast. In a "COD Black Ops" Zombie scenario, it's about big magazines and a high rate of fire, so for that I"d stick with an AR, with a real high speed trigger. If you could load them with some 180gr Ballistic Tips you could make the parts fly, but still have the penetration for when you could line them of 4 or 5 deep.
