Oldest son drew his Kiowa Creek RFW cow tag.

Appears I drew. Last year the back door indicated I did not when I did in fact draw.

I drew an elk tag. My first choice was unit 201 and I probably didn't get that. But I should get another P point. I will have 18 points after the draw. My second choice was for an antlerless tag in a unit that has been undersubscribed. That's probably what I got.
OK I'm getting excited here. I checked and it indicates that I don't have any preference points for elk. I hope that means that I drew unit 201. Probably not. Bet their just updating the number of points that I have.

Looks like I drew a 1st season rifle tag too. I can't tell if it is either sex or cow, but am just happy to go.
Congrats on the moose tag Saddlesore. Up in Troublesome Creek area I'd have more moose sightings than elk.

I called DOW today to inquire. She said all elk tags have been drawn. Apparently I didn't draw. Not too excited about 2 or 3 season - kind of put all my eggs in the first season basket.....

Last year the backdoor indicated I did not draw. Once the actual results came out I did. Don't lose faith quite yet.

When or how did you find out you had a tag?

When or how did you find out you had a tag? When the actual draw results were released it showed I had a tag. The backdoor never indicated I had a tag. Hope it works the same for you.

America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

To check your draw results.
Go to the CPW web site and go to "Buy and Apply". Then "Buy On line". Fill out the questions like you are going to buy a tag. When all your info comes up, select "Big Game and Turkey Licenses and Applications".
Next Page is a "Submit" button. Select that
Then a page comes up that shows all the big game tags, go down right below it and select the "Buy Habitat Stamp and other licenses". A page will come up showing all you applied for and all that you received tags for. I think it says "Products you have on file". Example, there will be a 4XX code that says deer app and then 5XX code that says deer. I think if you see a 5XX code, you drew that tag.

I drew too, problem is was it my first choice or my second choice. Either way I'll hunt elk twice.

Draw results are up now and you can see if it was 1st or 2nd choice
