Remi, my 5 month old lab, is loosing his puppy teeth. All, that is, except his bottom two "canines". The adult teeth had not started to show until this morning, but the puppy teeth are still there and have started to turn ugly and black. I am concerned about damage to his adult teeth if these "bad" teeth do not come out soon.

Should I be worried about this, or will it take care of itself?

I'd say watch it, but it should take care of itself. My shorthair just had the same type of thing happen. The baby tooth just didn't want to let go. Watched it for a couple of days and then it was gone.

One out, and 1 to go.
