For those of you interested, four shots over the cronie last nite with Barnes new 160 grn TTSX 8mm bullet out of my 8mmx06AI produced 3045 fps. 4064 was the powder. 3/4 inch 4 shot group. Shot this load earlier this winter, but didn`t cronie then.
Later this week I plan to cronie the 8x57.

Sounds like a winner! I wonder how fast they would fly out of my 8mm Rem Mag?

I've been shooting them out of my 3200 Hawk, most accurate bullet I've ever used. Getting 3129 fps with the 160's, does anyone have the BC for these things? Think I'll use this combo for deer and elk this year.

I asked...it`s 400, SD at 219..
Yea, VG accuracy...less than MOA at 300 out of the AI. Blows up jugs at that distance very well.
