Who used it in what loads, and what is it similar to?

Works great in my 338-06. I have also used it in the 300SAUM with good results. Also worked well in a 7-08 with 140's. Seems close to R-15 in my guns.

I've used it in 30-06, 300WM, 22-250, and several short mags. It's a pretty decent powder, sort of in between 4895 and the 4350s. Doesn't seem to give top velocity in some carts, but it does quite well in others.
I prob will not buy any more as it seems the 4350s works just as well.

Gave fastest ever recorded velocity with 55 Gr. bullets in my 220 Swift. Accuracy was only mediocre though.
