Anyone no if the Warne bases (Weaver style) for the Rem L/A and Weatherby Mark V magnum are the same? Specifically interested in the interchangeablity of the rear base. Looked at the web site chart, but they list a 902/876 for one, and a 902/879 for the other and don't say which number represents which mount (front or rear).
The end game here is to be able to use an XS Sight Systems rear base with peep for a 700 on a Mark V mag.
