Has anyone ever heard of or used Hunters Insurance or some type of insurance to cover your hunting trip how does it work does it cover travel, the hunt cost, rip-offs, etc.
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

I've heard of trip insurance, and believe my brother's family does such for their vacations.
As far as hunting goes, me and my party are pretty much do it yourselfers. If we plan something, it will happen. Insurance gets enough of my $$ anyway, and I'm not looking for new ways to give them any more.

Google trip insurance and you will get lots of information. I am getting a policy for the first time to cover my Yukon sheep hunt. It covers down payment and full cancelation due to health or health or death of a family member. Also flight delays, lost or damaged equipment and emergency evacuation. Nothing will cover a bad outfitter or not getting your animal. Also, if you are a member of SCI or AAA Motor Club you can get insurance through them but they use the same carriers you find on Google.

I only used it once for a cruise that was iffy because of a family health deal. Bought it through the cruise line and it paid off like a slot machine when the trip went south. All deposits and all pre-paid tours etc returned.
