Only one person that can help him at this point, IMO--himself.
I see his ilk daily, but I think he was in trouble. I was about to tell security to call the EMTs, but two people beat me to it. They arrived very quickly, and offered assistance/help. They asked him about the tracks all over his arms and hands, and he shrugged them off and said he was fine. A couple hours later he shook a cup at me as I walked into the 7-11 next door. He ain't long for this world, I suspect.

He looks pretty clean for a junkie. You must know more of the backstory on this than we do. Watching the vid I just saw a kid that looked drunk. Too bad.
I have seen them here, and I can no longer even manage pity.
Nor can I my friend. Nor can I. They chose to do that stuff, nobody forced them. Sow the wind reap the whirlwind. They want off the juice bad enough there are plenty of social agencies that will help them. I have no pity for them at all.
