I honestly don't know, but I wouldn't buy a current "Remlin" on a bet after some of the QC issues I've seen on guns in the stores.
I'm glad I got mine when they first came out......

I'm not positive but i believe they do. Like K9 said, i wouldn't touch one even if they did. Remlins aren't allowed in my safe! I've been looking (drooling) at the SBL for awhile now but there is always another rifle i want will use more often so the SBL always gets knocked down the list. If they were a little cheaper id already have one, but either way there will be one in the safe someday. Hopefully soon!
K9- how do you like yours? What kind of optic do you use?

No optic yet. I've pondered a Leupold Scout Scope off-and-on but have been happy with the open sights thus far.
As far as the gun itself, I love it. I just wish they had done a run of them in 45 Colt back when Marlin was still Marlin....
