CDNN still has some of the left-handed Mark IIs in 17 HM2. These are heavy barreled, blued CM, and walnut stocked for $169.99. I don't know if that is a great price or not, but lefty actions aren't all that common, so I thought that I'd point this sale out. CDNN's stock # SAV26501.
If you check the performance specs for the 17 HM2 over at
www.rimfirecentral.com, I think that you'll be surprised by the 100 yard performance and the cost of ammo, when compared to the 17 HMR. CDNN also has Remington 17 HM2 ammo on sale for $3.99 per 50. I think that Remington's 17 HM2 ammo is made by Eley and, if so, the Eley 17 HM2 ammo that I've shot is great!
