Nice article on straight pull actions in the current issue. You mentioned the Browning T-Bolt. That's a great rifle. I know they aren't hunting rifles, but I believe most biathlon rifles are straight pull as well, and those athletes can cycle them pretty fast.

Even though production was short, the M96 Mauser would have been an interesting addition to that article. Still an interesting article.
Politicians and Diapers both need to be changed often, and for the same reason!

My buddy had a beautiful Ross sporting rifle but let some sheister talk him into thinking it was dangerous to shoot, so sold it. Wish I had it today.

The Blaser R93 and R8 are both straight pull bolt actions.

I missed the article but I own a Mauser M96 straight pull action. Unbelievable accuracy. Only a 4 groove barrel but it will shoot 3/8 inch groups at 100 meters all day long. 308 Winchester. I am suprissed that it did not catch on along with the Browning straight pull centerfire a few years back, Acera?
