It could be. The photo is a little fuzzy. The last lightweight barrel integral sight base is very similar to the first medium weight barrel sight base. Here is a copy of Fig. 5-14 from my book. the fifth sight from the left is the last lightweight barrel sight and number six is the first medium weight barrel sight base. The sights in the photo are quite a bit different but they were easily changed. Note the similarity between the bases. David

A medium weight barrel with the long integral base would have the later longer forearm, around 11". I don't know a lot about these transition barrels yet. Did they have the longer later length as a standard...?
