Have a Lite Hunter with a leather pouch. Pouch was getting pretty loose, to the point where the knife would fall out if I turned the pouch upside down. Sent Gene an email and he said ship knife and pouch to him, which I did. Gene made a new pouch and touched up the blade free of charge! Just can't ask for more than that.
I also requested that he make a Kydex sheath for me. He did for just $25 and it is superb. Parallel to the belt cross draw type. Completely unobtrusive, yet secure and easily accessible.
Just can't heap enough praise on Gene Ingram, his products and his customer service!

Gene is awesome, super nice guy who gives the best customer service imaginable. I too, have a Lite Hunter, it's a great knife and I have a couple of others on order. I used to be a big Randall fan until I got a hold of one of Gene's knives. His fit, finish, polish, etc are all light years beyond my Randalls. I still like my Randalls but I've learned that you can get a lot more knife for less money.
