I seldom ever add a gut hook to a blade unless someone orders a knife and wants one. I decided to add one to this knife and it turned out OK. Blade made from an Alabama Damascus billet and the scales are stabilized Redwood burl.
I still need to sharpen it but it's almost done.

Sorry for the late feedback because work has been really crazy.. just wanted to let you know that knife is AWESOME- the balance and size are just right , blade is super sharp and the gut hook is just right- and overall I can't tell you how much I appreciate it- that redwood with Damascus looks as good or even better then I thought it would. Really nice job and I can't wait to have another one from you!
