Anybody read the story of "Goliath"?
He was recently scored @ 345 B&C points and is still growing...
Facinating story...

Damn, that's one amazing buck. Who owns him or whatever? I also wonder how much his sheds sell for. 345 B&C points is insane! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> Thanks for sharing.

I think I counted 42 points. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> Those were just the visible points in the picture, though.

That deer has a look like he just spent a week in a bar one day.
Pretty trashy...

I'm not a big fan on non-typical racks but that is pretty cool. For some reason that deer's face reminds me of my dog's after I yell at him for chewing on my barbique pit. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Having traveled and hunted a lot I would choose to go back to Texas. Good chances, lots of bucks. No matter where you go your chances are slim to nill if you just buy a over the counter tag and look for the first piece of state land. That is about what you get for $300. I found Texas to be the most reasonably priced over all. I guess it's hard to give advice with out a budget though. If some one asked me where the best chances of getting a 200 BC would be my answer is the King Ranch.

Awesome buck! What really does it for me though is the ear tag, that makes him really special as I have been hunting deer in BC for years and have never seen a deer with an ear tag, that truly is a Non-Typical <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> Do you think he has ever had any anler growth formula or steriods? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I wouldn't call him fugly, but he sure ain't real purty by my standards. How do they score him? Reckon he'd stand there and let just anyone do it? From his face, he looks to be a very old deer.
I also think the eartag adds a lot.

I'm with muleshoe on this one.... He's a pretty white-faced deer. He's gotta be pretty old. If he's as old as he looks, he can't be growing much more.
