Just a stupid question about the drawing time. I know it says 9AM but that is all it says. I am now assuming that is Rocky Mountain/Colorado time. Just want to dot my i's and cross my t's. I have a doctors appointment that morning so being from Texas - Central time I can call or use the internet to apply at 10AM Texas time which will be 9AM Colorado time. Things get foggy at age so take it easy.

Are you talking about the leftover draw? If so, why don't you just apply online? If you're talking about leftover license sales, that isn't until August. I'm not sure how to help you here.

Ok, I see what you are looking at. It's just the OTC licenses. Don't worry about it, those are all unlimited. The limited licenses, like cow licenses and the like go on sale August 11 at 9:00 am in person at license agents. Online and by phone they aren't available until August 12 at like 12:01am or something like tha.

I am thinking about an over the counter archery cow elk tag. I already have my over the counter either sex elk license. My reasoning is that once I stick my bull I am done hunting and since my hunt will last as long as I want it to, why not get the over the counter cow tag. Currently they are not available online and if I read the brochure they do not become available until 14 Jul at 9AM. I have taken enough bears and really have no use nor desire to shoot another one. Just something to keep me in the woods for 3-4 weeks hunting. Tom
