Was away from the fire, traveling around the world, working and hunting a bit. Came back yesterday from Sin City. Want to share some pictures of the media day special event of the Shot Show with campers that can't attend that event. Was a very cold day with north desert wind blowing. Very interesting to test your ability to dope wind at 900m. Shot around 500rounds from 9am to 4pm from new 17Winchester Rimfire Magnum to 338 Lap from 50 to 900m. Including some rock'n roll. Was good day to open the Show in Sin City. Enjoy.

Thank you for the pictures. Always wanted to attend SHOT. What are you shooting in the 1st and 4th picture?

First is a Savage in 338LapMag only 100m too bad but deadly on bowling pin, second is the new Sako sniper system rifle this in 7,62x51 Nato and short 51cm barrel. Range drom 300 to 900m with 500 and around 800 in between.
Range is near Boulder City NV.

Sorry i mismatched my answer: first is Sako M10 in 338 Lap mag 4th is the same with 7,62x51 barrel

Don't go to Dormund but as ever will be at IWA from thurday 7th to monday 11 included. If you want to come can give you some invitation. Think after the show will come to Suhl for a week work.

WF, were you able to get on the range demoing the moving target system?
