One Marlin 36 24" barrel in 30-30 made in 1948. There is a rub mark on the barrel that lightened the blue, some mars just before the front stock on bottom of barrel. There are 2 scraped in the butt stock that I took closeups of. No hole for a scope, not tapped, and if you want shots of any particular spot, please ask. This is a first year 336 and is early in the production when they were using up the model 36 barrels. I have two, so marked. She is priced right and they are accurate shooters, so snap it up. If I had the money I would. You can also tell it's early in that first years production by the lack of mounting holes on the left side of the receiver for a Peep sight.
