GF kid was saying last night all his college friends use it constantly. Anyone have any bad news about it?

Venmo is a licensed money transmitter and authorized delegate of PayPal, Inc.

Looks like the new spinoff for PAYPAL since E-bay and PAYPAL have split into different companies.

"You agree you will not use the Services to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation Relating to sales of:ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or
• certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law"

Paypal says no use for firearms, Venmo says you won't violate the law in sales relating to firearms....so they might allow it...hmmm...interesting.

My son and I use it to transfer between us. Have not had any problems.
