Looks like the new spinoff for PAYPAL since E-bay and PAYPAL have split into different companies. "You agree you will not use the Services to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation Relating to sales of:ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or • certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law"
