Seems the Africans have a proverb for everything.

Don't want to turn the African Forum political, but couldn't resist this quote from the "Hatari Tribe of the Greater Ubangi Basin". I thought the group that hangs out over here could use a chuckle. Let's see how long until someone asks which tribe the quote is from.
