Opposed to her idea.

Will most certainly be appealed regardless of decision.
Seems a mistrial would be pretty simple.

Hah, I was permabanned from that forum 10+ years ago. Chitbird demonrat mods.
The man really needs to move to a red State and free himself of the near sighted leftists of New York city.

Do you support the judge or her victim since both are black?

Looks like you might get that on another forum too.

The appropriate retort... is that the 14th and 19th are thusly equally non-existent.

Her victim is black and she is exempt by virtue of being part of the elite.

That's like the old notion of doing away with the 1st Amendment because the media is openly anti 2A. As time has rolled on, the media and other elites have clearly demonstrated they oppose the 1A as well.
It will become very relevant in the appeals process, though.
It seems that once judges are seated at the bench, they become tyrannical and believe that the law and the constitution does not apply to them. Its a sad state of affairs. Certain the verdict will be overruled.
What was her name? Judge Darky? LOL!
I heard once that Judges are just Attorneys that some Politician has become interested in…. You would think a judge would simply apply the laws to cases but thats far from the truth.

Judges frequently work as prosecutors as a preliminary gig on their climb.

He's stuck in a cage for several years till then though.
If a doctor was arrested for performing abortions there would be a sea of protestors outside the courthouse. Let’s see how many show up when a guy gets imprisoned for enjoying his 2nd amendment rights.
A good way to get SCotUS to declare NY law unconstitutional. Again.
What was the crime charged of the person?
I didn’t see it in the posts and judges statements though improper, was the person guilty of a crime?

If he was putting together firearms and selling them, he may be crossed the line.

He made some firearms for personal use.

He did not sell any of them.
I suffered through the YouTube video.
Glad the US Supreme Court is taking up the issue.

They just don't like any part of the Constitution that makes them feel sad or makes them cry. It's all about feelings.

If a person lives in a state that makes illegal an act, and one chooses to perform an illegal act, then the person is choosing to suffer the consequences of their decision. Even knowing it is righteous.

My memory was that the Gun Control Act expressly excluded firearms personally made from regulation.

Good for the guy for suffering for his beliefs/ all our beliefs.

They just don't like any part of the Constitution since it is a limitation on them.
She should lose her judgeship since she clearly doesn’t understand the law! Another DEI graduate?

Just elites being elites.

Here was a straight Caucasian male who opposed the 2A.
