That's like the old notion of doing away with the 1st Amendment because the media is openly anti 2A. As time has rolled on, the media and other elites have clearly demonstrated they oppose the 1A as well.

It seems that once judges are seated at the bench, they become tyrannical and believe that the law and the constitution does not apply to them. Its a sad state of affairs. Certain the verdict will be overruled.

I heard once that Judges are just Attorneys that some Politician has become interested in…. You would think a judge would simply apply the laws to cases but thats far from the truth.
