They come standard with r14 insulation, an additional r11 is offered to give a total r25 value.

I like the look of them, and those shells would go up quick and easy. Finishing, as always, would soak up some time and money.
In a cold climate, you'd have to enclose that crawl space to protect the plumbing, assuming you have plumbing. This is one that you can make as cheap or as expensive as you like. It leaves a lot of room for innovation. Personally, I'd want to add some windows on the sides.
