Another good review tonight.

Ordered and was told at least 4 weeks. Came in 3. Well packed, and the ebony Forend wedge is spot on. This is what he calls "mid grade".

Is that what they have listed as "Fancy Grade Walnut" on the website?

I have been considering a stock from them for a Marlin that I am going to redo.

We ordered some for a Remington Rolling Block build and it is some nice wood.

I believe that is what George now calls "select standard grade walnut" as he says he does not have/cannot find "standard grade walnut" anymore. I did a Rem Rolling Block with butt and fore stock from Treebone nearly 18 years ago (when Treebone was still in Priest River, ID), and it was/is "standard grade walnut".

A couple of pics for reference . . . BTW, I was very satisfied with the Treebone product.

Beautiful stocks. I need to take a look at this site as my model 63 stock has a chip in it and I've been pondering having a the butt replaced.
