I'm a skeptical sort regarding most things, or maybe just that I tend to question stuff rather them dive into agreement easily. I'm not sure what to believe with some of the shootings, and yet other seem so clear.

When watching the video the wife took of this shooting there is a bizarre similarity to the other black guy shot in the car while the wife is sitting next to him streaming the video on her face book page. Her reaction and lack of passion towards her husband as he lay dying was completely missing. Her need to have this on social media was far greater.

My wife and I spoke about this and both said the same thing. Either of us in the exact situation would have run to the other and stopped what was going on. We would have gotten between the other spouse and the police. We would have grabbed the gun or the arm and allowed the cops to intervene. It's insane that the spouse would prefer to run video then to interact with the husband,... run to him to stop him.

With that said, she clearly and forcefully yells to him over and over " kieth don't do it" hhhmmmm what? don't do what? what was he going to do with his book? or his Phone? Why would she yell that? Under what circumstance do you yell at your spouse not to do "something" while he is surrounded by police with guns drawn and yelling at him to drop the gun?

One can only surmise she knew he had a gun saw the gun and realized he was going to raise it up and use it. The cop on the news said he had a gun and it was recovered at the scene.

I'm simply confused at the scenario of a guy arrested 14 times in 3 states with several felony convictions for weapons and violence having a gun. Clearly not legal for a felon to have a gun. Did the Mrs's not know he had a gun? Did she realize her felon husband had a gun?

Finally it was a black officer shooting him. There is no racism there to even consider. I just don't know what to make of this country today when everyone in law enforcement is so afraid to do their jobs for fear of these events. As a Professional hunter for dangerous game I have to make decisions to save a life or serious injury at times. I have a pile of paperwork and explaining to do when this happens. However I also have the responsibility to protect my tracker, staff, and clients. If I hesitate to shoot for the fear of repercussions somebody will get hurt or killed.

Are we really at a point now where we put this hesitation into a policeman on the street? Hesitation is death plain and simple. Inmates cannot run the asylum in America. Having lived through the changes in RSA after Mandela, watching this near identical scenario of black crime being allowed to flourish because of the fear of repercussion from the public against police, and the white population.

The ghetto and township blacks just slaughter one another. The Police will not enter the townships in RSA without a significant law enforcement presence now. EMT and fire will not enter for any reason without police backup. It's become a war zone in these areas that are secluded away from the bigger cities to reduce the crimes in towns.

Are we here in America headed down the path of abandoning the big cities and ghettos to just let the blacks in these areas run the area as they see fit? Thousands of people being shot in Chicago, Baltimore, and DC etc. Cops in these cities have no hope of helping them because as soon as they do, they are viewed as the problem not the only solution!

Hundreds of blacks shot in Chicago this year, HUNDREDS! not a word about it on the news. Nobody cares. When a black gangster shoots a black citizen it's not news worthy? Only when a black cop shoots a black thug it's news?
Well said, spot on. I'm not sure what the answer is. My idea is to get cops involved with the youth in their schools and neighborhoods before they are brainwashed. By a certain age they are pretty much a lost cause with no hope of changing their opinion of police.

God bless those in law enforcement. What an important but often thankless profession.
JJ Hack just nailed it.
Well said JJ!

Why the riots in Carolina when a Black Officer shoots a Black man, but not in Oklahoma when a White Officer shoots a Black? As suggested by Rush today, could it be because one is a near lock to vote conservative and the other a swing state that's still in play?
Spot on JJ!
I have seen pics before and after the apartheid of Botswana.

Before, nice green lawns, clean streets, civilized and quaint.

After... hell burnt over, trash, dead dogs you name it.
Agreed but never forget we have the numbers on our side. The Boers didn't.
They were outnumbered 20 to 1.

Please explain "number on our side" for what -to trash the place or clean it up - which doesn't seem to be happing. Cheers NC
Listen to Jim. We don't want the US become a Third World chithole. HRC will make it so. This IS the most important election of YOUR lifetime. bank on it.

I visited RSA almost every year from '88 to 2001 and saw the change. I saw the ANC do a turbo version of BLM in the '80s. Their brutality would shame ISIS, no chit. Light a petrol soaked tire = the "neckless" around the neck of a suspected collaborator. Wrapping cellophane around the hands of someone who shopped in a White owned store and dosing that with petrol to cause nasty chemical burns. The Xhosa/Zulu people are cruel bastards going back to Shaka.

The BLM bastards here THINK they want urban areas free from police interference. Without police presence, they will have a Third World chithole.

Rudy Giuliani summed it Weds night. I wish he was the GOP candidate right now, but be that as it may. When Rudy was Mayor of NYC , they were coming out of a violent, corrupt period. Riots, lawlessness, and decay gripped the city. I lived there for a brief period in the '80s and saw Rudy turn it around. They had 3 high profile police shootings and no riots. 1 was a good shoot. One left some questions, the third was a bad shooting and the cop involved did 25 years for wrongful death. The people accepted that the system was fair and the system would protect them and punish the bad.

HRC will only continue Obama's encouragement of this racial divide. She will allow any minority group - Black, Hispanic, Asian, whatever in the name of Social Justice. I would hope that Trump would take the lead from his friend Rudy and punish the guilty, and support the righteous.

One thing to consider, BLM is a movement to mobilize the Black vote. The only solid voting block HRC has is the Black vote. Bernie killed her in states that did not have a large Black vote. The Dems are scared chitless that the Blacks will stay home without Obama on the ballot this time. What is the best way to get Blacks engaged in the election? Stir them up!
Spot on, JJ.

What you are seeing is part of the long view taken by the socialists.

They must destroy this civilization in order to create their Utopia, i.e, socialism.

One of the biggest hurdles is making the people believe that capitalism with all of it's trappings is the cause of all of their problems.

It's perfect for using against the Blacks because their ancestors were sold, for profit, by capitalists to other capitalists for forced labor. The Civil War was predicated on the idea that slavery unfairly advantaged the South at the expense of other humans. The "progressives" picked this up and ran with it, even back then.

The "progressives" spread the idea that government can, and will take care of all of their needs, that they are owed the very basics of life, and even more.

The biggest problem with the ideals of "progressives" is that they ignore human nature and arrogantly believe that they are smarter than everyone else.

Their past models are the French Revolution(first appearance by "progressives"), the Civil War (Lincoln was our first socialist President), the overthrow of the Russian Czars, and the overthrow of a number of African governments.

They believe that they will be able to control the population once all of the "non-believers" are eliminated from the equation, so they demonize every part and parcel of our society on the path of their quest for Utopia.

They have no idea of the monster they are about to unleash

Ed
Good heads up and eval. !

Mandela's the current sitting "President's" all time hero, and icon.

In a word, YES.............unless something dramatic happens to turn the ship.

We can only hope.

Good summation & parallel though JJ .

Interesting, I bet Mandela never heard of Cloward and Piven, yet both use a similar strategy that bongo and Klinton focus on. Overwhelm the system to prove capitalism doesn't work. Push the race game and break down the trust of people who represent the law, to where they become the enemy. Economy starts to collapse, and the bad guys win.

OK isn't a swing state
Oklahoma is the near lock for conservative vote, Carolina isn't.

To fight Man! to fight. What else. The white Africans were vastly outnumbered by blacks so time and numbers weren't on their side.
Here in FUSA we are kotowing to a mere 15% of the population that has made it perfectly clear that we should lick the dirt off their shoes or else.
Pretty brazen attitude that does nothing but further alienate themselves.

I am talking a tactical advantage.
White guilt/black-worship is so deeply ingrained into the minds of our young that our situation is nearly hopeless.

White Girl Bleed Alot; there is a documented account of a young white woman who woke up in the hospital after black "youth" beat her nearly to death and she kept insisting it had nothing to do with race.

Almost no one in America knows who Channon Christian was or her boyfriend Christopher Newsome. But everyone knows Travon Martin.

This dynamic is inside the head of most Americans and it will be hell to pay before folks change. Probably open warfare engulfing the nation before any sort of redemptive change comes about; if then.

Zimbabwe here we come.
GOD....had a plan!

He put Blacks in Africa!

He put Caucasians in Europe!

The 'Age of Mobility' screwed us!!
Robert White.. I send the Christian Newsome story out on a weekly basis ..

those Fn animals are still being fed by the way and worse has been done..Brittany Drexel incident took place not far from a small farm I own..

Its insanity.
Agreed. Time to stand behind our Cops and Military.

Not a bad idea actually.

All the BLM movement (aided by the current administration and MSM) is really accomplishing at this point is forcing people to pick sides.

The problem with this is it's risky. Besides the fact that the people who least support BLM are also the heaviest armed, by and large the people picking the BLM side are not the people who grow the food, maintain the water reservoirs, and operate the large power generating stations.

For example - what if one day the fine Upstate New Yorkers who run the Delaware Aqueduct just decided "eff it, we're done," and hit the power switch on the way out.

Or maybe all the Wisconsin dairy farmers decide to dump their milk for a week.

Or maybe the Palo Verde power plant operators think they hear a funny noise and need to shut 'er down for a week or 2.

The thing these BLM clowns will never realize is no matter how bad they think they have it, they are trapped in a gilded cage with no way out. So threatening and/or pissing off the people who supply that cage with it's basic necessities is not a winning strategy.

Not to mention, "they" want to nationalize the police.

Federal control over every police force in the nation.

I don't disagree with Jim, but I think there is something more fundamental going on.

It seems that there really is a huge moral divide in that in some communities, and society is basically breaking down.

I come from a fairly typical white working to middle class background. The area I live is pretty much trouble free and what crime is committed is usually by people from out of the area. We simply don't need a lot of policing as most folks by and large live with in the law and have respect for those around them.

Once you get to the poorer areas within our larger towns and cities, that's no longer the case. Crime is far more common and is an accepted life style. There is no self discipline, little work ethic, and stealing, violent crimes against person and property as seen as the basic way to better yourself.

In many areas in the UK, this divide is on racial lines, but in America I think the racial element plays afar bigger part.

In years to come, I think historians will look back and associate part of this decline with the breakdown of the basic family unit although today, its still politically incorrect to say that.
Peter;
Good morning to you sir - very early might say when I check your time zone - I trust this finds you all well.

I wish I could say I disagreed with your assessment or at very least that I find a fundamental flaw in your premise. Alas I do not.

Many, many years ago now I hear an erudite black gentleman from Washington, DC say the very same thing - more or less until there is a return to responsibility to someone - family, clan, tribe, community or what have you - things will continue on the way they are regardless of laws put in place. For the life of me I can't recall his name.

To the OP, we've got a fair contingent of South African ex-pats here - many doctors from there end up here in BC as they like the outdoors. Whenever we've gone into their country's past they say more or less the same thing you do.

All the best to you and yours Peter and to the OP as well. Perhaps we can stem the tide a wee bit here and there - lets hope so anyway.

Dwayne
I better go load some more ammo.
Society is not breaking down. Not my society. It's the assoles we need to worry about. We're fine.
