This was Winchester factory ammo. Will send them a note with photos. Thankfully was using a revolver and eye protection. Gas and powder particles blew back on my arms and face. Cleaned the pistol, hands and face, and all were still in working order thankfully.

Posting fyi to watch and see if there a pattern, or hopefully this is a one off occurrence.

Very interesting. These was brand new factory ammo purchased yesterday morning. I sent Winchester customer service a note this morning. Here is their response:
