how to ship 22 ammo - 24hourcampfire

i have several boxes of 22wmr ammo and no 22 mag anymore want to sell but dont know how to legally ship ammo
tell me how guys

Package it properly and declare it when you go to ship. No big deal.

I think UPS will want a label, either stickon or handwritten, indicating "ORM-D Small Arms Ammunition" on the package.

Wikipedia has an entry under "ORM-D" that includes some helpful information. A search on the UPS site pretty much confirms it.

i thought ups but the local ups center says no they cant . is that a store thing or what

Try the local UPS hub. I know that the UPS stores and independent shippers like that cannot accept firearms. That may be the case with ammo too.
